Who runs this site: Jacob Pearson, management consulting.
What is collected: the fields in the forms (name, email, company, role, ownership, size, decision, date), the booking time, and basic technical logs kept by the hosting platform.
Why: to answer your request, send the sample and, if you opted in, send notes.
Who processes it: the website and email platform, the calendar service, and email delivery. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
Client documents: never enter the website or the CRM. The CRM holds contact and commercial status only.
Your choices: opt out of email at any time; ask to see or delete your record by replying to any email from this site or by writing through the form at jacob-pearson.com/contact.
Cookies and analytics: I add no advertising cookies and no analytics. The platform that hosts the site and its forms, and Google Fonts, which loads the typeface, receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
